This policy should be read together with any notices shown when you use a particular feature. Some features described below may not be available in every version or region.
1. Information we collect
The information we handle depends on the Services you use, the information you choose to provide and the permissions you grant.
Account and profile information
This may include your name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, account identifiers, authentication information, preferences and other details you add to your profile.
Travel and booking information
If you enquire about or make a booking, we may process traveller names and contact details, travel dates, destinations, pickup details, booking preferences, passenger or guest information, payment status and communications needed to provide the requested service.
Location information
If you grant device permission or provide a location, we may use approximate or precise location information for nearby discovery, maps, location-based recommendations and travel-related features. Real-time voice or video features may process audio, video and connection data to provide the call. Please consider carefully what you share with other users.
Device, usage and diagnostic information
We and our service providers may receive technical information such as device model, operating-system and app version, IP address, browser information, approximate region, log data, crash reports, performance diagnostics and interactions with our Services.

3. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With other users: information and content you choose to display or share through profiles, posts, groups, messages or other social features may be seen by their intended recipients or audiences.
- With service providers: vendors that provide hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, real-time communications, maps, analytics, payment processing, customer support, security or other infrastructure may process information on our behalf.
- With travel partners: where needed to fulfil a booking or enquiry, relevant details may be shared with transport, accommodation, activity or other suppliers.

Depending on the feature you use, Navigate Away may rely on third-party providers. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage and real-time infrastructure; LiveKit for real-time voice or video; Google Maps Platform for map functionality; Google Analytics for website analytics; and payment or travel suppliers for transactions and fulfilment. The providers involved can vary by product, feature and release.
Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. You can review, for example, the Supabase Privacy Policy, LiveKit Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and Razorpay Privacy Policy.
5. Website analytics and cookies
Our website may use analytics technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic, page performance and interactions. These technologies may collect technical and usage information such as browser or device details, approximate location, page views and interaction events. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some website functionality.
6. Payments
Where payments are offered, payment transactions may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Razorpay or another designated provider. Payment providers may collect payment credentials directly. We do not ask you to share your UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password with Navigate Away. Payment processing is subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy notice.
